Is my home eligible for a Home Energy Evaluation?
Home Energy Evaluations are available to customers of participating local power companies.
Single-family homes are eligible for a Home Energy Evaluation. In most cases, condos and townhomes will qualify and unoccupied homes may also qualify if they have an active meter.
While apartments are not eligible, landlords of single-family homes can request evaluations for each eligible property. Both the landlord and tenant must sign an Agreement to Participate.
